The Netherlands will issue a very last set with coins Queen Beatrix.
The coins contains 9 coins:
1 cent - 2 euro regular
2 euro commemorative '300 years of Kingdom Netherlands' (this coin will be issued in November. This special coin will be send by backorder in November.

Judging by the image, looks like enormous fields. Are these going to circulate?

For the 2013 coins on the moment is nothing sure:
The Dutch Minted did mint the coins for a BU-set and a Proof-set.
In June I hope I can tell you more, because then will be there circulation coins (the question is: Are the circulation coins with Queen Beatrix or King Willem-Alexander?)
