One reason I think this is because the top of the ear is covered by hair (or is that a polyester rib knit skullcap? lol) and so far I haven't seen any male portraits like that* -- but there are some female portraits which resemble this. Long unknown as he called himself 'Soter Megas' - the great savior - on his coins so no name could be given to him. He really did fancy himself as the best thing since sliced bread.
