Hmmm. A couple come to mind but Severus Alexander would be my first thought though I think I may be wrong.

Oh, if only! This coin isn't worn... The bust is so high relief that its pretty impossible to wear it to obscurity. And it is an odd bust, isn't it? Ill post the whole bust.

Doesn't look like a Val III bust style to me. I'd say its either a Roman provincial, or something non-Roman.

Yeah I know, pretty much a wild guess. I think your right it is probably a provincial.
