Bought this also when I was green with coins as a type set coin. paid $6 this is a repost so I'm very sorry admin feel free to deduct it from my post count if you need to. I just wanted to make sure it was seen
what about the verdigris be worth it to use verdicare and gamble on the damage or no damage underneath and would that help the grade? and what about value you think $6 was too much for it.
Personally, I wouldn't pay 6$ for it, and would prefer G example which is problem free (these could still be found in ebay at this price). Verdi-care can't fix the surface underneath, but it might remove some of the green stuff.
in all likelihood that coin will have serious pitting of the surface under the green. dont invest into cleaning that one. take the $20 for the verdi and buy a $20 example of that coin. you can get a nice VF in that price range on the bay.
