Please take a look at my 1919s penny and does any one know why the two "9s" are different and why one is pointed and one is not..Or, is that normal..?

What ever caused the damage pushed the lower part of the "9" to the NW making it appear to have a different angle. It's like a 1941 where the last "1" looks like "/".
