Seems too good to be true. One of my favorite errors, also the Five seal in the front of the bill is also printed with the black seal and one is bled through and one hasnt(hmm) I am no expert though. Wait to see what an expert says, nice note thought

It appears to be a 2nd printing ink transfer error. The seals ar part of the 3 rd printing, thats why they are not there. The sheet it was stacked on was still wet and left a mirror image on it.
RedBook value is $125 in XF condition.

This is not how this type of error happens. It is not from contacting a wet sheet of paper. It is called on offset transfer error because the image is applied to the paper in the same manner as offset printing -- indirectly from another surface that has come in contact with the intaglio plate.

This error happens when a sheet is misfed or not fed at all into the press. The plate cycles and leaves its impression on the blanket that the paper sheet sits on. When the next sheets cycle through it picks up the image from the blanket on its bottom side while the image from the plate is printed on the top. It will affect a number of notes in sequence and the image will get progressively lighter.
