so the Mint finally shipped my 20 for 20s.

i had ordered 3x Hockey and 3x Wolves.

my question:

the 3 wolves all came glued to one sheet and they shipped it with 2 blank sleeves so I can transfer them over...no prob.

the 3 hockey ones however came in 3 sheets that are sealed in plastic and everything.

were other peoples Hockey coins in sleeves that were sealed up in plastic?

Seems like you got the hockey ones that were sold at the mint boutique. Those are always in plastic. The online ones are "bulk" and are shipped like your wolves.

@bmxboy, taro-chan answered it for me.

i guess I'm saying the hockey ones that shipped look a little more retail to me like they belong on a store shelf.

it looks like this:
http://www.talismancoins.com/catalo..._Package.jpg

but it's all wrapped up in a plastic sleeve that you open and take the cardboard sleeve out of.

like this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/25c-2011-co...em43baa63873

see how its wrapped? my hockey coins came like that but my wolves didn't.

maybe ran out of hockey ones and had to source them from retail and that's why it took so long to ship.

Usually al "20 for 20" come from RCM as a bulk.
While the CP and the dealers sell them sealed in the external sleeve.

I ordered 2 Hockey coins, and got it as usual.

Yeah, and now you won't want to open them and enjoy them for fear of losing added value!

Sounds crazy, but that what I am doing.
One set opened - coin in the capsule displayed, and other - sealed un-opened.

mine are all sitting in a shoebox until I figure out how to display them. I figure the RCM might sell a box at the end of all this or i'll just make one myself.

i am missing the canoe one though.

I was told the Mint will not make displays for the older 20 for 20 coins. The only ones with a display so far are the 2013 coins.

You can get a cardboard display for all four coins that will release this year. There are a couple auctions for them on ebay right now. ;)

Yes.

I ordered twice. First time I received 2 Hockey coins, both glued to one sheet.

Second order, I got 2 wolves and one hockey. The 2 wolfes come glued to one sheet and this time, the hockey coin come as you said, in a plastic enveloped but I would not say sealed, it's easy to open it without broken.

Finally-Got-My-20-For-20..question?
