Bought recently, probably overpaid a bit, at a little under 25$.

I'm not really a Franklins collector, so I need your help, and any grading opinions will be appreciated .

If the pic is accurate, I think it does.

Nice coin! I think it would get a cameo grade. Fields are a but hazy and the scratch in front of bens nose is a bummer.
63cam is probably pretty close...

From your photo it does look to be cameo. As far as condition you can probably find a TPG graded proof cameo in 65 for around $25.

I think it could grade around a PR-65/66 CAM. Looks close to a DCAM. I am assuming the amount of marks and hairlines that I see in the pictures is all that is actually on the coin and the hairline in the right obverse field doesn't look as bad in hand as it does in the picture. I think the direction of the light is perpendicular to the hairline and is making it quite noticeable.

Lots of tiny blemishes in the fields.
Note: I didn't call them nicks or scratches!
If this coin WAS NOT photograhed through the plastic surface of a slab, those marks could be the result of tiny oil droplets from oil spray on the dies. If they are on the coin, they hold it back. The scratch holds it back as well.

PR 62 or 3 CAM.

If you had anymore marks the coin would grade proof-62. Proof 63 IS allowed to have 2 marks or less.
