1992 series was good.

Some of the 1999 and 2000 series lacked the gravitas to be expected from a nation's coinage.

I could do without any colour on coins.

I also liked the 1992 province series.

There are a few of the coins I like from the 1999/2000 series, but a couple are "to busy" for my tastes.

The Vancouver Olympic coins were a huge hit when they first came out. I live in Vancouver and can remember the line ups when they would do the coin exchange.

Really liked the 2011 Parks Canada quarters and so far have been impressed with the War of 1812 quarters.

I also agree with most that it would be nice to see a few different nickels but I'm not sure about dimes. Too small of a surface to really see anything.

1999 quarters were a nice change (some of them *ahem* September), but the 2000 had too many designs made by children to be taken seriously. That's what you get when you allow the public to design the country's financial instruments; it should be taken a bit more seriously.
