A few people have reported finding them, so I guess they have been released. Also 2013 $1 and a couple 20c have been reported.

I have found 2x 2013 1 dollar coins so far but no 2 dollar coins.

It seems as if the RAM's reserve stocks of unissued coins are getting low.
