what is your guess at a grade for this coin. it has been graded by coin mart, I dont know if I trust them a whole lot as they forgot to mention it was a maple leaf variety but anyway have a crack at it before I remove it from the holder.
i will post a pic of the grade tomorrow.

Typical EXf/ Au could be EF 45 or AU 50 hard to tell. Depends on how much you paid AND how much you like the piece. Retail should be anywhere from 250- 300 on similiar coins give or take a bit. We sell lots of key date dollars and NEVER have enough 45,47 ptd or 47 maple leafs in stock. These are my personal 3 favourites of the silver dollar series. Good luck.

Was it priced like a ML?

Also, lucky. I'm waiting until I have a real job before getting the three key dates, but I'm not sure if I'll have the heart to break them out of their holders to put them in my Uni-Safe album. On the other hand, there's not too much difference between a ICCS holder and one of those clear plastic album holes.

If Roman Tam (one of the partners of Coin Mart) graded that coin, then it is probably graded fairly accurately... Roman has a great eye.
