1968 Penny, Rotated

Hi, I am new to this forum but I have been collecting coins for a while now. I just found, in a circulated roll of Penny some 1968 and 1969 that appeared to be "rotated".

The problem is that I found 2 "rotated" 1968 penny and 4 "rotated" 1969. penny. I would like to know if this is very common or if this is worth something.

There is a picture of one of the coins.

that only looks like 5-10% rotation, so its probably with tolerance
