A light split in the upper serif and upper curve of the mint mark highlight this RPM. Obverse markers match CC well, reverse is LDS than CC.

It is not that we don't think it is a RPM. It is that we cannot tell from the photos. There is way too much glare and the color is distorted.

The die dot east of the "E" in cent is a definite marker. So that would be the right die. The glare and color hide the fine details. The markers show the same die scratches. You might try making a curtain to reduce the glare with either tissue paper or a white plastic grocery bag. This help to remove glare. I think your light source is too strong?

Am I looking at it wrong? It looks like to me that the S is offset in a north/south direction instead of east/west. It does look like a RPM though and the other attributes seem to match. Maybe it's the glare.
