I took a few quick pics of some of my latest CRH finds. Sorry for the pic quality. Just took them with overhead lighting and holding the camera in hand. I took the proof pics through the 2x2 which helped to cut some of the glare from the mirrored fields.

I will just post the one coin for tonight as it is late now and I will upload more tomorrow after I crop them.

Enjoy.

1993 Proof Cent: most of the spots are on the 2x2 itself.

I will post more on Friday. Have a good night/morning.

Here are some more.

2006 Proof. Found in the same box as the 1993 Proof. Pic taken through the 2x2

Canada Copper Planchet Weak Strike? Need Opinions on this one. The rim is well formed and the coin surface is smooth. Does not feel like a coin that has been acid treated.

Hmmm...Maybe they polished it off. LOL!

Mint Marks? We don't need no stinking Mint Marks. :)

Thank you jbuck.

jbuck...do you have an opinion on the weak strike Canadian. Do you think it is a weak strike? Is it possible to have a coin that is struck through both a Obv and Rev Diecap?

I think it is struck through something, but I am hardly an expert.

May warrant its own post in the Canadian V&E Forum.

I see you already have...
