Are you looking for the regular sized .9999 silver coin from the 2012 special proof set or the 1/2 oz .9999 silver super-sized version?

On ebay search for "2012 proof silver" in the Coins & Paper Money category. Then drill down to Coin: Canada then Small Cents sub-categories. Make sure you check the size information as they look identical in many of the pictures.

@John

This is an example of the coin that you search for. I think the common price for it ~ C$100.00

And make sure you bring your tuque, snow shoe, and igloo brick making scooper :)

The 2012 proof set with the silver (rose gold plated, not colourized) penny can sill be found at around issue price I think, ~$225. Not a bad deal for commemorative purposes as it is both the last year that pennies are included in proof sets and first year that all coin in the set is silver (right?)

But this is not the last set, that included 1 cent.
The last one was (if I remember correctly) with Wolf cubs.
Anyway - the set is good - included many interesting items.

But, IMO - best looking Silver Penny with rose gold plating - 1/2oz Farewell Penny.

@Silveroid:
Can't deny there is a lot allure for a penny sized silver penny though. Just like I think how the RCM should've done a penny-sized gold penny, as oppose to the miniature 1/25oz one.
