Taking a coin you have that's in a slab from one TPG, and submitting it to another TPG for their slab instead. Usually because you want your non-PCGS coin to be in a PCGS slab for the perceived extra value. You get to specify (whichever direction you go) whether or not you'll take any grade, or you can refuse to cross it if they won't give you the same grade. It gets inspected for that before they crack it from the original slab.
