I'm not up to date on the value of Canadian error coins and curious if a 10% off center 5ยข piece is worth the additional cost for 3rd party certification.

I would say tentatively yes, but only if the error was mint state...

I am confident that if I were to sell this coin that I would recover the cost of grading and perhaps make a few dollars.
The coin was graded because aesthetically speaking it is beautiful.
This nickel will stay with me for a very long time. :)
