Here are three MS (one with a giant fingerprint ) examples which I recently got from an excellent dealer north of the border. The Charlottetown Commemorative is the 2nd most beautiful silver dollar struck by Royal Canadian Mint IMHO, that is.

Take Care

Very nice. It is hard to tell from the photos, but they look like they may be Proof like. Do they have mirrored fields? If this is your #2 favourite silver dollar, what is your first? There is a minor variety of this dollar. If you look at the 4 o'clock position of the small inner ring you will see the tiny initials T.S. (Thomas Shingles) Some are missing the small dot (period) between the T and S, probally due to an over polished or filled die.

Hmm, maybe the one in the plastic wrapper has fields like you described. It (the wrapper) is rather scuffed up though and looks like mint packaging. Oh, my favorite by far is the 1958 Totem Pole (Death) Dollar. A beauty all the way around.

Thanks for the looksee

Yes, it's pretty wild. Not sure why/how it came to be but one things for sure, it catches your attention...LOL I've a couple of others and they're the standard silver color one would normally expect.
