I know this has come up before, however I have forgot so I will ask again. In what year did Canada stop minting there cents with copper in them like we did with or Lincoln cents ? I ask because I get a lot of Canadian cents and would like to keep the copper ones separated from the none copper coins.

1997 was the start of copper-plated zinc. Prior to that they were 98% copper.
