Looks like this one is listed in the Charlton 5 cent variety section on Page 322, however they don't give it much of a premium over the standard coin for that year. Nice coin - would love to own it! Also it looks better than ef40.
It seems from recent comments here, that all grades are moving up and away from the older "ultra conservative" and poorer grade #'s of a decade or 2 ago.
PCGS has been there for awhile and ICCS will have to follow........
You now see a lot of visible bagmarks and the pieces are graded "MS65"...it's crazy...
I've never heard of a "gem uncirculated" with visible bagmarks ....until some of the coins that we now see for sale...
