DEVLEC Pillar of the Community Canada 3234 Posts	Posted 04/22/2013 2:06 pm It seems from recent comments here, that all grades are moving up and away from the older "ultra conservative" and poorer grade #'s of a decade or 2 ago. PCGS has been there for awhile and ICCS will have to follow........ You now see a lot of visible bagmarks and the pieces are graded "MS65"...it's crazy... I've never heard of a "gem uncirculated" with visible bagmarks ....until some of the coins that we now see for sale... Report this Post to the Staff
