How would I classify this coin? Extra metal? Missing M?
This is the obverse of a 1963 cent!

I'm no photographer so I don't know how to adjust the resolution. I'm shooting using a Canon point & shoot through a GemOro triplet 10X Hastings loupe. Any suggestions on how I can get better picture clarity would be welcome!

Sorry, the picture is too low res to tell. Could be extra metal. Could be PMD.

Is there a setting on it called "macro"? If not...maybe a setting like "sport".. then "close up"..sometimes it's a "flower" symbol? Then through the loop....hope it helps.

Looks like extra metal at this point. Could be a die chip. Unusual location for such. ?Perhaps impact damage to the die by foreign particle, or temporary intercession by foreign particle?
Looks like the high point on the coin has been worn down a bit more than surrouding parts.
