jim61 Valued Member United States 212 Posts	Posted 04/27/2013 2:28 pm Joseph Barr is correct for the short series of 1963B. Not much value there in that condition. Hardly worth the ebay fees to sell it. Last year I sold a bunch of those in larger lots on ebay for a little over face. Yours is not in GEM or a star, so you can keep it for a novelty or you like it, or spend it. Report this Post to the Staff

Example for series 1963: (not 1963A or 1963B) regular blocks would be the DB block star blocks would be L* Mules would be BB and GB blocks. They are the ones that usually carry the highest premiums.
