Tough question to answer without more info.

Is it CU to GEM grade? Is it a star note? Is it a key block? Is it a mule? And that is just for starters.

Do you have a picture or serial number to share, or is this a general question?

Yes pending on the serial number especially, it could be quite valueable or only worth a dollar

Heres the 1963 1 dollar note. I'm confused about this one because its a Joseph Barr note and its a series B. Joseph Barr I thought was only on Series A.

Joseph Barr is correct for the short series of 1963B. Not much value there in that condition. Hardly worth the ebay fees to sell it. Last year I sold a bunch of those in larger lots on ebay for a little over face.

Yours is not in GEM or a star, so you can keep it for a novelty or you like it, or spend it.

A key block is the hardest block to find to complete a block set.

Example for series 1963: (not 1963A or 1963B)
regular blocks would be the DB block
star blocks would be L*
Mules would be BB and GB blocks.

They are the ones that usually carry the highest premiums.
