Would someone please be able to tell me what type of error this is? It is kind of hard to see in my lousy photos, but the right side of the bow tie has been replaced with 3 nicely rounded blobs with no nicks or scratches near them. These blobs are actually located slightly below where the bow tie should be. The rest of the coin is really well-struck and in AU condition as you would expect a 2 year old coin might be. These blobs really don't look like any PMD I've seen, they look like they came from the mint this way and I was wondering if it might be a strike-through grease error or something along those lines. I have seen something like this on other coins, just not to this extent. All opinions would be appreciated, thank you.

First your title should read: LSC not LMC. Pics are a little hard to see but looks like die chips maybe.

Could be gas bubbles,it's hard to tell from your pics. A close up would be helpful.
