Hello-I'm-New

Please everyone bear with me I am trying to get the hang of this. I am a American and inherited some coins, that got my interest in checking my change. The picture is what I believe to be a error coin. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Welcome to CCF. Your photo is very light and unclear for anyone to give you an opinion. Not to worry I had problems my first time as well.
