I thought this would be easy to id since it has so many characters on it, but I can't seem to find what alphabet it is. I'm also not completely sure that the coin is right side up or if this is the obv/reverse, but this looked like the most natural orientation. The other strange thing about this is that to get the orientation to be the same on the other side, I flipped the coin upside down and gave it a quarter turn to the left.

The script is an Indian one - and the pics are upside down.

As for the identity of the coin itself, I'm not sure. I've done a quick search through Indian States, Nepal and Tibet, without spotting a match yet.

Thanks guys, I'll start by flipping the coins upside down and looking through some Indian scripts!

This is a Nepalese one paisa. Usually they appear more coppery.

Wow, yep, that's it...I was able to find it in searches after knowing the name! I tried to date it...that's the part of the coin that seems to be most worn. My best guess is 1898. Thanks everyone!
Rest in Peace

That didn't take long. Good thing, I didn't know what it was.

My new tidbit for the day!
