I am fairly new here. I tried signing up for my own Avatar a couple of weeks ago but have not heard back. Am I doing something wrong?

By signing up for it I'm assuming you meant sent an email with attached image to Susan?

Be patient and give it time, Susan's a busy woman. When I sent mine to her to change it took a bit of time, over two weeks, probably closer to a month. I, as you wasn't sure she received my email, so I sent another askng, as I thought maybe it got written off as spam, but she changed it for me when she got a chance.
