That is an impaired proof-like strike, someone took it from a rare proof-like set and put it in circulation. This is not a coin that any collector of "business strike" or (numismatic issues) would add to their collection. Generally, this coin is purchased by those who collect proof-like strikes.
You can buy a red-brown PL-63 for about $800 or a red PL-64 for about $1000. Anyone who collects proof-like coin would be very hesitant to purchase this coin, unless it was a fraction of the cost of a PL-63.
I think for a circulated, impaired proof-like coin, you are asking more than double what it actually is worth... but, one never knows with folks paying over $6,000 for a holographic sticker on a roll of pennies - good luck!!
