Red Pecks On Silver Eagle Proof

I have bought a silver eagle proof, the weight and size is correct. Under 10x magnification under a light, I notice some small copper color specks (similar to blood splatter),on the coins, it's a beautiful coins. Is the red specks on the shinny parts of the coin common.
