I understand the rule this way: If the URL destination doesn't belong to the RCM website (prior the Public Release) If you are not posting the picture right on the CCF prior the Puplic release If you are not posting URL that it's destination just a picture (prior public release) so you are OK to post the link. For example, the link to the external site with some topic, that includes the picture. |

I do like the design on the coin! Any hope they might reuse the design on a quarter? Or for that matter a loony or toonie? The price tag is out of my league on this coin, but I'd certainly love it on a circulation commemorative coin.

I ordered one today through my MC rep. The coin is expensive and I don't usually spend this amount on a coin, but given the topic, the mintage and beautiful design, it will make a nice addition to my collection, especially the ones dealing with the War of 1812.
Will it sell out? I expect so eventually, but I don't necessarily buy with that expectation. It is a matter of whether I like the coin or not.
