I give a net XF40 because it was possibly cleaned a long time ago and since re-toned. At least, this is a possibility for the obverse.

Remember, these are just my opinion based on years of experience and a few "body bag" receipts from the leading grading companies.

Larger shot of the obverse, the few marks you see by the T are on the plastic.

Maybe it was carried in a pocket or something, got toned like the Franklin, but afterward, placed in circulation and attaining wear, thus giving it an unnatural appearance?

It don't have to have clean lines to be cleaned, it could have been dipped in jewelry cleaner years ago, but re-toned.

Your welcome, but the grading is my opinion from a lot of experience. But no one has rebutted my assesment which is a good sign that I may be correct.

I had to can the ebay store, I hate baseball cards and Hotwheels.
