Hey all. I came across a 1984 p dime that has a copper edge and the edge is also smooth and rounded. Anyone seen one like this before and any value? Any help is appreciated thanks

That sounds like a normal dime to me.
Post a picture so we can see exactly what you're talking about please.

Ohhh, now I see what you're saying. It's just a Dryer Coin. No added value but they're still neat.
Search CCF for Dryer Coins and you'll find more info about them.

@Zack come on, even I knew it was Dryer Coin. Anytime someone speaks about round edges with copper shown, this means most likely Dryer Coin.

Perhaps, Welcome Newtothis

@Solo, I was assuming that this was someone that had just realized the small copper line on the edge and they thought it was some sort of valuable error. Clearly I was wrong.
Excuse me for not being as knowledgeable as you when it comes to worthless Dryer Coins.

@Zack, I'm not trying to start nothing, I just was trying to let you know most of the times it's a Dryer Coin. I see what you're saying about the copper though.

No reeding left on the edge is a dead giveaway for a Dryer Coin or a casino coin.
