I'm going with F15. nice example of a very early .50 piece. looks like an old X across the throat area but it doesn't detract from the coin.

I have this as a LDS O-109 (characterized by the wide-spaced 50C, and the high N in UNITED) and F12. Have a look for a die crack above TED_STATES, and call it O-109a if it's there.
