First things first.
Hi everyone here at Coin Community!
I'm a swedish collector that finds American coins very interesting, especially Barber quarters.
I have very little experience at grading coins so I hope you guys can help me
Let's start with my 1905-O quarter

I've read some grading-guides and based on those my guess is EF40+.
is it possible it has been cleaned?

Edit: forgott, I paid 90$ for it about 2 years ago

Regards
Denkan

EF40. it looks like it was in a fire and cleaned. TPG would most likely grade it EF Details.

I've noticed that the reverse is abit off center, is that common with Barber quarters? Will that have effect on the grading?

Hi matthewvincent!
I've spent some time on the David Lawrence site and it's great!
Also the grading guide on Barbercoins.org has been great for me.

What do you think about this coin? Grade? Cleaned?
Also if you have time and give your opinion on the 1907-S quarter

I think your grade is appropriate. The color on the coin doesn't really alarm me; Barber coinage has been known to adopt that sort of coloration and I see nothing that requires me to think it's been cleaned. Inconclusive at best.
