tough to grade through all the clash marks. I'm going to say MS60, but there looks like some circulation rub on the high points of the hair and tips of the wings that could knock it down to AU58

I think it's an AU-58. It seems to have light signs of friction in the fields, cheek, and eagle's breast.

Looks like an MS62 but I too see some rub or light wear on the cheek of Liberty, probably would AU55/58 range at a TPG.
