I inherited a coin collection from my grandfather years ago. Mostly pennies but this particular coin was separated from the rest and I'm wondering what it is. I can try to take better pic's if needed. This coin will not stick to a magnet..Thanks for any help you can provide.

Welcome!
One (or more) real of Ferdinand and Isabella of Spain, but this looks more likely to be a reproduction.

Is there anyway to tell for sure? I will get the weight and measurement up soon. Just wasn't like my grandfather to have replicas of anything.

Well, a higher-resolution picture might help. It's just that this coin, of the monarchs that sent Columbus on his way to the New World, has inspired reproductions in great quantities.
