They are both Chinese cash coins of the Qian Long emperor (reigned 1735-1796), but different mintmarks. The one on the right is the very common Board of Revenue mint. The left one is the slightly scarcer (but still very common) Jiangxi (Kiangsi) Province mint. Neither are particularly valuable, very typical of the coins you might find in a coin dealer's "Chinese coins - $2 each" tray.
