What were you hoping to find them for?
Unfortunately silver being down isn't really going to make a difference, even cull Morgan's are still holding a premium. I'd expect to still see prices above $27... Actually I'd say you'd be lucky to get them for $27, I'd guess closer to $30 even for low to average grade common dates.
I was just at a show mid April (silver was about the same I believe) and there was a man there hoping to find average Morgan's for $17-$18, he was quite upset to find they were still about $30. We got to talking and he said he had expected to get them for much less.
With Morgan's, there one of the most collected coins in the world, and that's the key word: collected. There a collectable more than they are valued for there silver so no matter the silver price they will hold there value.

I was looking to get them for $23-$25 at a local show. I was able to get them for that price when silver was $23 oz

Wow, that's awesome you got them for that price ! When you got it for that price, when silver was at $23 was it recently or last time silver was this low? Definitely post the results of your trip to the show, I'd love to hear how you do! At the show I was just at, and most major online distributer's are above $27 still so I'd really love to hear how you do! If you find them for around $25 I'd say your doing great and buy them all, lol, because many people can't find them even close to that. People I know or have talked to at least..

Silver has been sideways since the drop and last week's show in Richmond VA had a low of $28 and high of $30 for bullion dollars. I didn't even look at any at that premium. That equates to $36 an ounce. Get real was my thought! I switched to 100 ounce bars because of the premium. nlp

I would hope you could find rolls of circulated, common-date Morgans for $500 at current silver prices. I certainly would not pay more than that.

Update: The coin show was in Colts Neck NJ....It was a completewaste of time!! Not much selections in genereal. As for Morgans only 1 dealer had any about 30 Morgans. Some were g-vg and he wanted $30 per The f-vf were $35 per coin. Told me that Morgans were in demand;I asked what about the decline in silver prices over the last month....his response was a basic blank stare. Better luck next time!!

Despite the drop in silver prices, he's right. Morgans are still "hot" as it were, and are still selling for high premiums.

Sorry about your time at the show, I wish you had found the prices you were looking for. I really cant say I'm surprised though. I mean no offense at all by this comment, nor my first posts, but honestly that's what I figured would happen, I overheard the same thing at my recent local show when someone was looking to buy rolls of culls and they were still $28+, and as I mentioned APMEX and other online bulk dealers are about the same. Morgan's are more of a collectable than just "stackable silver". Even in lower grades people still pay a premium to collect them. This is the reason I don't stack low grade Morgan's for silver weight, honestly I don't completely understand why people do. Well, I understand wanting to collect them, but not solely for there silver, it's not the same as buying 90% halfs, quarters and dimes... They'll always hold a premium. Again, Morgan's are arguably the most collected US coin, silver coin at least. I would have to assume they will always carry a premium over silver value. I do collect Morgan's, and over any other series of coin actually, but high grade examples and not for there silver. I collect bullion and NCLT for silver. I mean MS-65 Morgan's haven't changed in price since the silver drop so why would I expect lower grade examples to sell for less? Not to mention alot of dealers probably bought there supply when silver was up, so there not going to sell them for a loss. And as long as people pay a premium to collect them, even in low grades, they will always be a collectable more than "just" silver.
