All these marks on the reverse are raised including the one in the upper right corner of the 6th Memorial bay. Any ideas what caused this? My top culprit is maybe a die clash, but I can't make out what it is an mirror image of. All help would be appreciated.

Looks like feeder finger scratches on the die that struck your coin.

It is different. I would add it to you wow coins to show to a new collector. Now you have a piece to show that type of die damage.
