2011 Dime With Torch Question

Found this one in the last box searching. It looks like an addtional flame on the torch's right side. I've looked at it many different ways. These are the best pictures I can get at different angles.
My loupe is 15x, looking through it there is no indentation into the surface of the coin as with a "ding". It is raised up even with the torch.
I can't find anything relating to anything like this. Any ideas on this on, please.
