I've seen a Mexican Libertad-type round that has the traditional winged angel on the left side of the obverse and the Aztec calendar as the background behind the angel.
See ... http://forums.silverstackers.com/up...091_3331.jpg

Only one ebay vendor is offering it and I can't find it in the websites of any of the major online PM dealers.
See ... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mexico-AZTE...em5af065441c

Has anybody else seen this one anywhere else?

That's a medal, not a coin. And I don't see anywhere what the silver content is.

Still very nice.

(I did a quick search and could not find it offered anywhere else either.)

I have a similar one; just not exactly the same design. It's listed as: Mexico 2000 Millennium Issue Winged Victory Silver Medal. Mine was under $30. Bought it on ebay in 2010 when silver was much, much cheaper. I've never seen another one for sale, (until now) but I certainly love it.

That round say "años de servicio" = "Years of service" with room to engrave the years or something..
I don't see that round in La Casa de la Moneda list..
so is probably from a PM..
Checking with the PM in Mexico...

Yes. That's the one, B. I must have missed the thread. Anyway, it's a juxtaposition of two previous coin releases that I've purchased on ebay. I'm guessing the same outfit produced both.
