larsdog Pillar of the Community United States 593 Posts	Posted 05/13/2013 8:43 pm Bryan, no disrespect intended on that last post. Your 7070 is AWESOME and inspired me. I had a tougher time with the Capped Bust Half Dime than the dime, so I was curious. I know I dine on the table scraps compared to what you have, and maybe the dime is just tougher in high grades, but I thought there might be a good story! Report this Post to the Staff

After reading your last two post, I grabbed my 7070 to see what my capped bust dime was like. I think my bust dime is the lowest grade coin I have in my set. I don't think I have ever seen a nice grade capped bust dime for what I thought was a good deal/price. Edit: not sure if I got my question in ... Capped bust dimes are EASY for a bottom-feeder like me compared to the Capped Bust Half Dimes, but it seems that at higher grades it flips. There are LOTS of low grade capped bust dimes but few low grade Half Dimes. The reverse is true for high grade. Very interesting! Report this Post to the Staff
