Tough to grade, I assume the coin is on an angle (from our perspective) to reduce glare from the mylar flip?
Top coin, MS-62, no shoulder fold, would be the highest I would say, without the coin in hand.
Bottom coin, the rims alone tell me that is a really nice proof-like strike. I would need to see the coin in hand, to see if it was a rare specimen strike. Shoulder fold variety, looks good enough for a PL-65 heavy cameo to even potential ultra heavy cameo.
Again, those are grade estimates, which are subject to change if I see photos from other angles...

Nice PL coin! Probably worth about $500+ Definitely send it for certification. If it's nicer in hand than in the photos could be one of the finest known.

Quote: If it's nicer in hand than in the photos could be one of the finest known. I highly doubt that. While it is nice, it is not fully struck, which hinders the grade (eye-appeal). Look at the shoulder of the Queen and neck of the Caribou, to see where the metal did not flow to the deepest part of the die. Trend price is between $350 and $450, assuming the grade is PL-65, but most collectors can snag one of these for about $250 to $300 in an auction.
