I have a few Liberty nickels graded by PCGS.

One is an MS64 (that has not been CAC'd) that looks significantly better (cleaner fields, better luster, no scratches, etc.) than the CAC MS65 nickels that I have. I'm strongly considering sending this one in for reconsideration.

How has your luck been with reconsiderations? Any experiences that you're willing to share?

Is that because CAC refused, or because it hasn't been submitted? The answer to that significantly affects the advice I'd offer.

No idea. I have a few 64's, 64+ and 65's, and this coin is by far the best looking of the bunch.

For the sake of the conversation, let's assume it hasn't been submitted?

I'm still new to the hobby and relearning things. There may be some glaring issues that is being overlooked. I'll try to get a couple of pictures tomorrow.

Still curious about people's experiences with the reconsideration program though.
