I totally agree, 100 face value means that you can't lose.

But, how high do you expect a 1-ounce silver coin can reach based on 50,000 mintage? ? ? Seriously! ! !

Not much higher. IMO I am just buying one to make sort of a series out of it. Like with the 20 for 20 but for them I buy 3.

I feel hypo on this coin.

I believe it's just human weakness, most people can not stop spending money. Most people can not even take one-month break, they have to buy something, click on monse or pick up the phone!

Same thing was said about first few 20 for 20 and they turn a profit.

Sorry yunbo but what is the point of your topic? There are three or four already on the 100/100 and you've posted a question, only to answer it a few minutes later while postulating on the motivation of other people who buy these coins.

Not trying to be rude or flame you but I just don't understand what you are looking for. Reassurance? A counterpoint? Just a soapbox?

Elkslayer is right. All these same 'arguments' were made with the first 20 for 20.

I like the design but wish it was $50. I can't take it to the bank in the US and get $100

I don't think that must people buying these will be selling them back to the banks anyway, just the dealers/flippers that cant get rid of their stock.

I think you can (in Canada) but they would have to call the mint etc , and I believe you need to fill out some papers or some such as well, takes like 2 hours or so I have heard.

If I remember correctly, first 20 for 20 silver coin was WORLD FIRST same-value exchange. This 100 for 100 silver is not entitled any WORLD FIRST theme.

Let me just sit and see in following weeks.

You can cash it in at the bank. It's just that many (particularly smaller branches) aren't familiar with the process.

Well I do not go to small branch. I have cards at like 4 banks so no problem probably cashing them in if I have to.
