Received my silver butterfly coin today. At the first glance I am a bit disappointed with this coin, the print job is just so-so. The colour, although bright, is nothing I haven't seen before. But everything changed once I put it under a spotlight. The colour on the wings, especially the blue areas, actually glitter, as if they have scales... Pretty!

The outer hologram box looks nice.

saw one at the local post office yesterday. A very nice coin indeed though I can't help feeling others in the series have the potential to look much better

I am a little disappointed with the coins print quality, almost a little pixelated but the colours are fairly lifelike. I will keep it however as I think this might make an interesting collection. I imagine this coin may be harder to find later on. Kind of like the Nuthatch in the bird series.

the $50 cent seems like a better choice IMO...I am still waiting for that to ship

Great photo, NorthBayGuy!
It's hard to get such a good shot of a butterfly with its wings spread wide open.

I also think the cheaper version of the butterfly is nicer to the eye. It's a bigger coin, and the flower is coloured.
I will say that the box that the 99.95 version ships in is much nicer than the cheaper version.

Hi,
Anyone could comment on the quality of the butterfly printing on the $20 coin vs the 0.50$ coin?
