Just as an update ... yes, he is my Representative. He has just got for me 1 Maple Canopy (Autumn)that is almost sold out.

Step 1) Get a credit card with air miles/cash back/etc
Step 2) Max it out buying Whale/Santa $20 for $20's.
Step 3) Sell all but 3/6/however many you actually wanted for $25 on kijiji for 29 days.
Step 4) Take unsold quantity to the bank, cash in, pay off credit card.
Step 5) Repeat/Profit
