After looking at it more closely I'm not sure if it's a DD or MD. I tried to match it up on one of the eight variety's on coppercoins but I'm having a hard time with it.Any help appreciated.

Could it be this one? .. http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds
I've never tried to identify a doubled die before so hopefully I'm not way off.

Boy, the first photo looks like there is something there, but on photo #4 (of the date again), I hardly see anything. Doesn't even look like the same coin. Wait for the experts to reply, but to me I'd be skeptical, which sounds like you are.

Wait - I'm looking the wrong listing. Sorry

Why is the value so low? That's a pretty strong DDO. Is it not that rare? I sure haven't found one.

Circulated examples don't bring as much as BU examples. It is a nice 008 that is circulated.
