2 Sac's 2000-P With MMs - Can't Be Dbl - Right?

I have labeled these 2 Sacagawea 2000-P as #1 and #2. Each has a MM which almost looks doubled, but I did not think this was possible since, as I understand it, they are no longer individually punched for each die by hand. If it were Machine Doubling, wouldn't it show in the date also? (I don't see it in the date). So can anyone help me
understand what these are? They are similar but not the same.

From what I understand, you can have MD all over the coin or it can be isolated.

That is one I have not encountered before...seems like there is no doubt that is what is going on here with my coins!

It's not a RPM as the mint marks are added to the hubs since 1990.
It may well be isolated Machine Doubling.
I see no evidence of hub doubling on the rest of your coin. So it's not a doubled die. (don't forget the third option of a DD.) But It's not though.
