1948-A To Denticle-But Are They Large Or Small Denticles?

Alexer Pillar of the Community Canada 2632 Posts	Posted 05/24/2013 02:03 am The same exact coin is on ebay advertised as small denticles but Iam having a hard time confirming that. This coin is in a bit better shape. I need to know the exact difference between the small and large denticles. I think this is a regular A to the denticle not small. coconet Valued Member Canada 86 Posts	Posted 05/25/2013 1:05 pm Hi, I usually look at the spacing between denticles and if I see I can fit easily another 1 or 2 denticles between than they are small otherwise they are large. Of course when the coin is badly worn this theory is out the window . I believe this to be a large because hardly any room to fit another denticle. As for grade sure looks EF-40. Good luck !!
