Hi all, I recently received these as a present from my girlfriend and was wondering if anyone could give me a bit more information on them. I spent some time online and all I could could come up with is that they're Late Imperial, and I think the second one has a mint mark for Constantinople.

Thanks a ton

I belive the first one says CONS(gamma):

Constantine II
CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C
GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS
CONS gamma
RIC VII Constantinople 60
330-335 AD

Rated scarce, nice of your girlfriend! (a nice gift at all).

Sorry no luck with the second - you havent included the reverse! Two pictures ofthe same coin. The legends pretty hard too, can you read it?

I am at work on my phone but I can say with certainty that your second coin is "daddy" Constantine the Great!

Thanks for all the help dudes. There's a coin show next weekend and I think I'm gonna take a trip up there and see if I can find anything cool that's not too insanely expensive :D
